Ok ladies (and gentlemen if you’re there) I have recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis so I’m looking for some bone strengthening advice. I’m upping my weight training. I don’t go much on dairy but I can eat it. Any advice and assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance ????

  • Leafy greens are good. Like Kale and spinach. Fish is good too, tinned if you have to do it on the cheap. Almonds. Maybe as almond milk? Yoghurt and cheese
