I love going boxing day shopping! Sometimes the crowds are a bit much though

It is great to get what you want and not having too many crowds. We arrived in Adelaide that time and it was so mad with the line-ups and shops didn’t open till 11.00am . If I was back home I would’ve waited another day as they had the same items next day and the stores were so much quieter . Crowds just make me dizzy .

That is great for you. I had a relative who went to the Boxing Day sales and it was a madhouse. He bought an item which was exactly the same price as what it was before the Boxing Day sales.

If you know what you want, the sales can be great.

Nice! I went to Target and I wasn’t very happy. But it was the 28th. Maybe all the good stuff was already gone. Ha! Ha!

Good on you,we were with family on Boxing Day so we didn’t go and usually the crowds put me off but it sounds like you had a good experience!

Its grreat o be able to pick up a barin, i missed out this year due to y ubby working and didnt want to take three kids aloong with me, Maybe next year… Although ihave managed to pick up a ouple of things online just before christmas which were marked down….

  It is good to shop kid free and with a friend. Glad you found some online bargains.

I am glad you had a good experience. I think that with more retailers selling online this has probably reduced the in store crush a little bit. I haven’t been to boxing day sales in a few years so maybe next year will venture out again.
