I had my daughter enrolled at a prestigious and bloody expensive grammar school that does parallel learning (the boys and girls learn separately). My daughter’s class were honestly the most horrible group of entitled little brats I had ever meant. Then the bullying started. Despite addressing it with the head of the junior school multiple times we were just advised that she should see the school counsellor. No accountability for the children causing the problems, She was the third child to leave the school from her class for the same reasons. She is now enrolled at a local state school and she is just thriving. I was so scared and nervous about making a change but it was the best decision my husband and I could have made.
