Catching up with my best friend

Today I received a lovely text from my friend who said she was going to be in my area this afternoon after a medical appointment and would I be home. said yes for sure I would be home and it would be wonderful to see her and catch up. When she arrived I gave her her Christmas present and also a white hand knitted patterned snood. She absolutely loved it and I showed her the reddish brown one I had bought and copied the white one from. She said that the one I made was so much nicer than the one I bought! Tat made me feel so good it made my day!
