Although I had done all my research before I had my first daughter I still had no idea what I was doing! Proof of that was when at 5 months old I discovered Tizzie Hall’s beddin guide which said I should be putting a lot more clothes and blankets on her then I did. As soon as I started following this advice my daughter stopped thrashing and turning around in her sleep, and slept like a log all Night Long without moving an inch. I’m so grateful to the person who turned me to this bedding guide because it has definitely changed my life and my daughters! I’ll know from the start for my next baby 

There’s so much to learn when we have a baby. So much of it we don’t even think about or realise until we come across it. It’s a learning curve having kids, no books to tell you how to do it right fir your baby, but we cope
