Is any of your family of a European heritage that Grandma or something similar that it is pronouced differently. e.g. Italian, German, French.

lol we came up with “g-ma” which is a little more modern,

i have friends that call the actual mum MUMMY and the grandma MUMMA. lol that is a little confusing because you hear mummmm!!! and they both turn around lol

I have thought of letting little Riley James choose what to call me, that’s a few years away however. So in the meantime, I want to be able to sign something on cards etc. I like mee maa

If you have a certain family background from overseas’s see if there is a translation for grandma. My husbands mum like to be called baba (is has a mark above the first a in their languages dictionary) as that means grandma where she is from.
