  • yeah i know what you mean! i like to try to keep being inspired and switch things up like cooked breakfast for dinner and this site has so many great ideas to try out. also start with an ingredient and google recipes that use that ingredient — which will give you lots of ideas to try out

  • And they probably appreciated the time and effort required!

  • Great idea

  • Oh that’s great. I like it when kids are able to not only help out but come to an understanding through experience of how things are not always so easy.

  • I am in the midst of an “i’m so over food and trying to feed this family” time at the moment!
I am finding it so hard to come up with food ideas for our family! Very un-motivated about what to serve from dinner, and the difficulty of a fussy eater to top it off :(

    • Fussy I know that I hear u don’t like that, but I say u did last time we had it kids

  • I go through stages where sometimes I love it and start cooking up a storm, I just keep cooking and way too much. Then sometimes my mind is blank and I just don’t want to. Fantastic idea too, In my house every now and again get the kids to think of something but I always cook it.

    • It is hard try to think of different thing and not having the same thing over and over

  • Good idea! Maybe get a list of five meals that everyone likes and if you can’t think of what to cook, just cook one of those. Hopefully your kids will help you think of others to add to the list for more variety. My kids are the same. I ask them what they want for dinner, they say they don’t know and then when I suggest something they say ” no not that”. Luckily they are a bit older now so I just cook and if they don’t want it they can do their own…..and clean up after themselves. Doesn’t always work out that way though.

    • I make them do the dishers wat they use to cook with aswell but kids will b kids to
