The first weekend of cricket is just over and it is sunday night and I am exhausted!! I am not sure why as I have only been sitting on the side lines watching this weekend as my sons out in the hot sun (and my was it hot this weekend) were running back wards and forwards scoring runs! THey are now tucked up in bed and I am not far behind them yet I have not done anything all day apart from sit and watch them! I think the sun must just tire you out regardless! Well until next weekend I will get as much sleep as I can!

We do soccer and football in winter but our eldest has been making noises about cricket for this year, so there go my summer sleep- ins! 😉

The heat seems to sap the strength out of everyone, moving or no. Keep your fluids up so you dont feel so bad
