Well, finally signed a contract for sale of my home on Saturday, the buyer had procrastinated for a week. She said to the agent she is very aware she has three days cooling off – so I am terrified now, and will not relax until 6pm Wednesday!! My goodness, I had forgotten all of the stress involved in selling. All the additional spic and span cleaning, and the tenter hooks of inspections and feedback from the agent. Hard not to take it personally!! Well anyhoo, lets hope this contract goes unconditional, and I hope to be celebrating later in the week …
