For the new year I though it be good to start loosing weight as I had gained quite a bit the year before.

I started on the 1st day of the year and still going lol. Its amazing that ive stuck to it for this long because i normally stop after a day, but its been a week today and Ive lost 2 kg so proud and happy just hope i get to my goal weight and stick to it to the end.

I am eating smaller meals 3 times a day with 3 hours in between each and after dinner I don’t eat anything till the next morning.

also doing 30 mins on the treadmill in the morning and 30 mins at night after dinner.

just though ill share what time doing.

  • Awesome, go you! People say it’s so easy to lose weight, eat less and move more, if only! If it was that easy, we wouldn’t have so many overweight people. I know I struggle, all the time
