This is something that gives great rewards. I build up my points to cash in for cash on those weeks where the bills mount up. Not only cash you can get but prizes too. The more points the greater the prize. Ive got $50 for the next food shop. I can also activate extra bonus points. Coles, kmart shell etc have got fly buys. Build up your baby formulas, etc too as they have a baby club with coles too

  • Much better now they don’t delete them after 12/18 months.. never got anywhere when I first joined!

  • I have joined other rewards programs, but Flybuys is the only one that is easy to use and allows enough accumulation to gain a decent reward easily. Just from grocery shopping at Coles with a nominal number of Kmart and Target purchases I have accumulated enough points to get a microwave (and not the entry level one). I was thrilled as our 20+ year old one stopped working this week.

  • I have got on board for Flybuys.

  • I know I had enough points that I got a portrait of my husband and I from our honeymoon on a canvas! As a bonus the company rewarded me with a 2nd canvas with pic of my choice. They weren’t small either!

  • It’s a great idea. Interesting reading the comments!

  • I have a card, it has a few points racked up, I use it every week. I just don’t cash in the points. I really should have a look and see what I can get….

  • I have flybuys. I love that it is free to join!

  • It used to expire …….now they have taken that away. So now it does not expire.

  • I love flybuys too. It seems to be the only loyalty card I have found that gives genuine rewards – money back etc

  • I love FlyBuys and have received do many nice items, and it’s free postage too.

  • That’s great to know. I do the everyday rewards system, linked to qantas, only because Safeway is closest to me. I took a leaflet recently on Fly Buys, because Coles seem to have amazing specials lately

    • Yes we like quantas link up too with everyday rewards cards. We shop at woolworths sometimes for specials. My kids play state sa lawn bowls so any rewards towards flying to games is another bonus. So many bonuses

  • yep, don’t forget myer one card as well lol

    • Thankyou. We are in the country so we dont have myers close by. If it was we would use it too

  • I also love fly buys and unlike everyday rewards you get points on every purchase.
With everyday rewards you only start earning points after $30 spent, fly buys you get points for every dollar spent.
Although I do have both cards fly buys wins hands down.

    • I have both too. I agree only fly buys give the most points

  • Yes, I like to redeem for gift cards to cut grocery costs.

    • Yes i forgot gift cards. They make great christmas presents too

  • I love my flybuys! I don’t buy the rewards with my points but save them to use for extra cash for my shopping! I love receiving my coupons in the mail and using those that can. I earned enough points to pay for my entire groceries this week which allowed me to put extra cash on my laybys and buy other things that I needed that I have been putting off for weeks. I would be lost without my flybuys!

    • I do the same with juggling my money. It helps here and there

  • It works for us as well and you don’t have to pay to join which is a bargain

  • I use flybuys too. And I love it. I use the printed vouchers they send home, where you get extra points if you spend more than 140 dollars, or you get triple points on a shop of your choice. Always check your receipt because sometimes you get special dockets that you can use to buy particular products and get extra points. Or you get double flybuys points dockets and so on. Via email you can also activate special rewards that help you earning more points.

    • I do this too. Im amazed at how many people like fly buys

      • Really a lot indeed! And why not actually? You are doing shopping and spending money anyway. This is an extra reward you get. :-)

  • It is so beneficial to have! We often cash in to help with the groceries or gift cards around christmas. Every bit helps these days!

    • Especially at christmas. Just about pays for our christmas dinner

  • You get a point for every dollar you spend at participating companies, like Coles, Kmart, target, she’ll. So the time it takes depends on what you spend at those stores. From memory you can cash in 2000 fly buys to get $10 off your groceries etc

    • Thanks for the explanation of the points system and for pointing out the participating stores for Flybuys.

  • Yes, I have flybys too, I have been saving the points. I like it because I shop at Coles anyway and the points just add up. I also like how there is no expiry on the points.

    • It use to be three years expiry. So have they taken this away. Its a real benefit
