it is hard when baby wants to sleep that way

My son was premature and they always had him on his tummy to sleep, so when we got home from hospital thats how he wanted to sleep. It never affected his sleep in the car seat. Always slept well in the car, as long as he didn’t have wind.

im scared too, but if its the only way might need too

if she is comfortable maybe just keep an eye all the time?

i put her on the back but they would turn and end up on their tummy

all my children and Grandchildren always slept on their tummy’s or side maybe try a top up feed before putting bubby in the car to see if that will help go to sleep. She may just be one of these babies that hate the car. I personally never had this problem but I did give some top up feeds before travel. Sorry not much help to you
