Our Christmas decos came down a bit earlier this year. We are preparing for bub number 2 to arrive and I got into a cleaning and decluttering frenzy!

Our house seemed bare for a while after the tree and lights came down : (

Must remember this for this coming Christmas as I must admit I did take down my decorations early, I really do not like the decorations up after the New Year starts but must remember Jesus is the reason for the season and wait till the 6th.

I have had everything put away for a few days… Except the bare tree, which my husband has to dismantle!

I took everything down yesterday. Without knowing about this “rule”.
The house looks so empty now though!

yeah i have it all put away already lol. might as well, if you haven’t already!

I have been really slack with christmas this year. Life has been too busy of late. But my resolution for 2016 is the christmas decorations will be up.

Everything is cleaned and packed away for another year. Hope everyone had a good Christmas and Happy New year to everyone too!

Thanks for the reminder! Our tree is coming down as soon as we get home.
