I tend to remember dreams best after I’ve had a good dose of B vitamins! Peas are especially likely to help me remember what I dream.. so when I’m in the mood to see what my subconscious is doing they are on the menu!

I always have the most weirdest dreams, a psychoanalyst would have a field day analysis my dreams.

Yep I agree it doesn’t make for a restful sleep either 🙁

Last night I had a dream about family. It was a huge family gathering, everyone was there, and for some reason…..I had to eat by myself. I wasn’t allowed to sit at the table with everyone else. I woke up a bit distressed. I told my partner about this dream. He interpreted it to mean I’m feeling isolated from my family. Which could be true as I never see them 🙁

This has happened to me! Over stressed I was! 🙂

I have all sorts of twisty dreams. I think it’s influenced by what I read.

  I agree. I think something sets my dreams off during the day so i go to sleep thinking about them

There are books you can buy that interpret dreams or you could loan a book about dreams from your local library. Might be interesting and fun?

    lol just write down a list of whatever needs doing so that you aren’t trying to remember it. it frees up your mind for other activities

No, I don’t remember any special dream about doing work. But a long time ago I used to work as a waitress and I started to dream about working in the pizzeria. “A beer at table 7” “Pizza for table 9”. I actually started sleepwalking as I was bringing the orders to the tables in the middle of the night!!! 🙂 Well, it was a sign that I was stressed at work and I decided to stop for a while. The sleepwalking stopped immediately.

In the evening I generally think about what I have to do the day after. Maybe because of that I don’t dream about it.

Are you actually troubled about those dreams?

  No but i enjoy working around the house. It just makes me feel confident about how to conquer it.

My head hits the pillow and I am out for the count! No dreams that I can remember!
