Hello!

I just read an interesting article about exercise before bed. Apparently the optimal time for exercise for a good nights rest is late on the afternoon, before dinner. The reasoning behind this has to do with body temperature. A higher body temperature due to a workout, will wake up the body but, as it cools, it begins to make melatonin, which makes you sleepy!

  • Makes sense. Because a work out always seems to wake me up if I’m feeling lethargic!
