After having two kids, it can be hard to get back on the wagon and lose weight.
With my first son I stacked on 30 kilos, and only lost about 15 of that before I fell pregnant with my second son (2 years apart). My youngest son is 8 months old and I am proud to say through healthy eating and exercise I have lost 10 kilos this year! I am starting to feel so much better about myself.
