A little tip to give day old muffins that freshly baked taste.
Simply sprinkle with a little water, place in a paper bag and microwave on high for 15 seconds. Alternatively, if the oven is on, pop it in (using the water and bag) for five to ten minutes. So easy, and so much nicer than stale muffins!

  • Have never tried using water and paper bag before, but do reheat in the microwave.

  • I generally just pop the muffin in the microwave for 10 seconds on its own. Why the paper bag and water?

  • Yup! We do this with the little bench top oven. Except we just cover with baking paper.. Same thing I suppose.
