So if you are like me as soon as winter rolls around the comfort food gets eaten in abundance and sitting in front of the T.V with a donna over you becomes a favourite pastime. Well this winter I started feeling achy from sitting on the couch too much so I said ok I need to join a gym but I was scared I would do my usual sign up, pay my money and still be on the couch. So I set myself a goal to go to the gym every day for a month. If I complete this goal I get a reward as we are on a budget the reward is a night off cooking and dinner at our local Italian Restaurant. So the reasoning behind going to the gym everyday for a month is so that exercise becomes a habitat and the consequence of that is I have better fitness and health. So I’m only a week and a bit in and so far I am honouring my goal and looking forward to my reward!
