So if you are like me as soon as winter rolls around the comfort food gets eaten in abundance and sitting in front of the T.V with a donna over you becomes a favourite pastime. Well this winter I started feeling achy from sitting on the couch too much so I said ok I need to join a gym but I was scared I would do my usual sign up, pay my money and still be on the couch. So I set myself a goal to go to the gym every day for a month. If I complete this goal I get a reward as we are on a budget the reward is a night off cooking and dinner at our local Italian Restaurant. So the reasoning behind going to the gym everyday for a month is so that exercise becomes a habitat and the consequence of that is I have better fitness and health. So I’m only a week and a bit in and so far I am honouring my goal and looking forward to my reward!

  • Hmmm, the winter rolls :/ Same same. But how brave are you to sign up to a gym? Not sure I could show myself in a gym with all the fitness bunnies :/

  • Well done! Starting is always the hardest. I’m starting tomorrow, instead of getting a gym membership I found a deal on a site like cudo for 1 month gym $15 unlimited use, thought I should buy it as I have nothing to lose but everything to gain…or should I say the other way around when it comes to weight loss :)
