Story Getting older

Okay so today is my birthday and the number grows each year. It’s never really come to mind about how old I’m actually getting my mind is normally on other things haha. I’m only 27 so to some this isn’t very old at all but to me I just think geez I still feel younger then what my date of birth puts me at. How do I be a grown up? I mean I have five kids and I know how to be a mum been doing that one for 9 years now, but how am I ment to act for my age? I just don’t get it. I don’t go out and party or act crazy (only when the kids send me there) so what should I be doing and how should I be behaving. I hope that I’m not the only one that feels like this on birthdays.

  • Your only as old as you feel and if you feel younger than you really are then that is surely a bonus. Your lucky its not the other way around. To stay young you have to feel young so good for you.

  • Happy birthday. You sound like you’re doing an amazing job for 27! I’m now in my forties and only now feel like I’m grown up. I think you just get more sure of yourself. Don’t rush it, it will just happen. Enjoy being 27. Sounds magical to me.
