Hello!

Do you celebrate Halloween at your house? We never usually do, but for some reason this year the kids wanted to go all out. So we all put on face paint and posed for a new family photo. The kids are begging to go trick or treating tonight, but I’m not sure anyone in the area actually does Halloween.

It’s not a holiday I have ever celebrated, but I suppose when you have kids you can’t really avoid it. I still think it’s a clever marketing ploy to make us buy more stuff, but even I’ve gotten into the spirit this year.

  • Where I live Halloween is big, I think it’s because we have a lot of Irish living in the area.

  • Christmas and Easter aren’t Australian but we love them. I think its all about personal choice

  • It is a marketing ploy but I used to caravan door knock asa child but in caravan park. I don’t think many Australians do but no harm in celebrating it
