My little girl did exactly that and didn’t tell the teacher. When I asked her “why she didn’t tell her buddy or the teacher as it happen at lunch time”. Her replay was that the teacher was eating and she didn’t want to disturb her. So I explained to her that she should tell someone if she hurt herself. I hope your boy was fine.

Teach your son to see a teacher or the office staff if anything similar happens again. If he is not a confident child tell him to take a friend to the teacher with him.

im glad he is ok but i think it would be a good idea to just inform the school of what happened so at least they are aware and a incident report can be made.

I am glad he is alright and it seems to me boys just suck it up and go back to what they were doing..but where were the teachers supervising

Aww poor little thing, some kids just tough it out but he should have gone to the teacher as he could have had concussion and slipped into a coma. His teacher would have had no idea what had happened. Hope he rests up
