Can’t say I blame you, winter was meant for sleeping.

Getting started is the hardest, once I get going I try to fly through the work to get it over and done with.

As long as I keep moving I’m fine. It’s only when I stop that I find it hard to get going again.

I sometimes feel the same on cold days. I find I just have to start. That is the hardest part. Once I start whatever I have to do, I get it done and get motivated.

I hear you! the best way to get movitvated is to start! Give yourself 5 minutes and then re-evaluate what you’re doing – I guarantee that you will want to get the job done rather than sit down and do nothing, its starting thats the hard part! reward yourself with a cup of tea or a read, or something you enjoy after you’ve got the task finished.

I find it easier to get motivated in winter so I can keep warm,in hot summers I feel more lazy. I don’t use heating in the day time to force me to get moving on my chores and then go walking to warm up,chop some wood for the fire and do some more chores before dinner and relaxing.
