I am finding it very hard to forgive

In January this year I lost my father and I am really having trouble trying to forgive my sister who never even came to say goodbye to him just before he passed away and then she never came to his funeral also. I have no other family but her so I had to do everything myself arrange his funeral, arrange for all of his house and stuff also. To this day I have not spoken to her as I am still very overwhelmed with it all still. Am I being too harsh on myself
