Hello!

I don’t know what to feel.

Some days I feel good and happy, others not so good and sad.

Sometimes I feel like crying for no reason at all and I don’t know why.

I am lucky I have a beautiful husband who is with me, by my side. I have 4 beautiful daughters, 3 with me on earth and 1 angel in heaven, I can’t complain.

When people ask me how things are going I say fine. But for some reason sometimes I feel alone and feel like I have no friends. I have family and they have their own lives and have quite a bit to do with them. I want a friend, I lost most of mine when my 1st daughter died, know one could talk to me anymore, and maybe they just didn’t know what to say. But I am glad I have my husband, he is my best-est friend that anyone could ask for. I wouldn’t be alive if it wasn’t for him. I love him to bits.

  • sounds to me like you might have some depression have you gone to your gp and spoke about how you feel, also maybe you could get back in contact with some of your friends i’m sure they would understand.

  • You should be so proud of yourself for admitting that you’re having problems. It’s nothing to be ashamed of. But do speak to your doctor, as even if you don’t want to (or it’s not recommended to) go on medication, talking to a psychologist could be your saving grace. It helped me where talking to friends and family couldn’t.

  • Congratulations for taking the first step in admitting there may be a problem. Talk to your GP or a councilor. They deal with this every day and wont judge you. Good luck on your journey to healing, I started it 5 years ago and am so glad I did!
