Such a beautiful day today. Got some gardening done with the kids. Bathed the dogs, also with the kids ‘help.’ Then we packed a picnic and went to the park for lunch. Capped it off with an afternoon swim at the beach. Came home to the wonderful aromas of dinner in the slow cooker, Chicken Korma. Fresh bread is ready to go. Called mum, haven’t spoken for months, went well. Can’t express how much I love days like today, when we do such simple things but really enjoy it. Happy to be alive

It was a beautiful day! We had all the windows open, the kids were happy playing with each other.
We are planning on a picnic at the park tomorrow! 🙂
