Its Nipper time! - Real Mum story on MoM

Last year my husband and I wanted to do something that would encourage our kids to meet new people their own age that was not just their school friends and to also involve our family in our community. So off to the beach with our 4 kids in tow, we decided to try out nippers at the Brighton Surf Club in SA. What a brilliant move! The girls absolutely love it, meeting new friends, learning how to be beach/ocean safe and of course the sausage sizzle at the end. This year our third daughter will be joining under 7s and she cant wait as she spent all last year watching her sisters paddling on boards and running the flag! Both my hubby and I are helpers in the nippers and I have to say that you feel a real sense of community and one day this season I’ll try out for my bronze medallion so I too can be more involved in the club. Why don’t you come to a come and try session at your local club! What could be better than spending each sat down at the beach learning to save lives!

This would be great but they only meet on a Sunday morning and my boys go to church.

it’s a great idea and i would love my 3 kids to join to the local nipper club this summer, they are such a water babies i am sure they’d love it
