Kyles your article about your decision to send your daughter to an all girls school is the right decision. It is very hard when choosing schools but as a parent you know what is best for your daughter. Remember too that children often change their minds because of friend’s influences she may have some friends who may be going to other schools and feels that she will miss them and wants to be with them, but just because they are not at school together it does not mean that the friendships have to end. I am sure with time she will change her mind and probably before 2015 change it back and forth several times!! Point out to her all the positives of single sex schools. And make a big effort when she does move to a different school that you do organise getting together in the holidays or weekends with her old friends. Good luck
