(i was inspired to write this story from a mom’s article)

well i think that basically it would be a book that i could write, if i was listing down all the important jobs that mother’s do. Sometimes we just get so bogged down in all the daily going’s on, that we push ourselves aside! How many times have you been eyeing off that last sausage on your plate, only to have your child come up to you and tell you that they are still hungry? oh well mumma needs to lose some weight anyway….

Here’s some titles that i came up with to describe our jobs (because we are all in this together)

…..teacher, taxi, cook, waitress, personal stylist, personal shopper, cleaner, laundrymat, iron lady, personal assistant, hairdresser, financial planner, manicurist, bodyguard, babysitter, bank and also biggest fan (and for those big days out and about –personal carrier– justin beiber had one for his “walk” along the great wall of china lol)

If your child has pets then you also become the dog washer lol

We invest so much into our children with the hopes of making their lives better and more enriched. Please don’t forget about yourself mumma! Make sure that you get a treat day every so often, make sure that you get pampered and have attention paid to YOU! After all, you are in charge of the ship and a ship is only as good as it’s captain!

  • I like to take 5 for a coffee, spend at least 15 minutes getting ready, and 1/2 hour for exercise everyday.

  • My MOM title is “All Rounder”! It sums up my wonderful and hectic life and my attitude to life too. I love to try new experiences and engage in new adventures and try my hand at most things and opportunities. I encourage everyone in my household to do the same thing!

  • So very well said! I can think of another important one at the moment, a Nurse. I’m sure every Mum has had to cuddle a child with a fever, it’s one job that is so rewarding when the fever breaks & they finally fall asleep. Well done to all those Mum’s ATM!

    • oh yeah! i can’t believe that i forgot this one! thanks for adding it!
