I had a horrible year 2015, I promised myself a better year 2016 I have learnt its not about what happens but more how you handle situations. This year has had hiccups I found love & I lost love, I still have the happiness my kids bring me (that’s more then some are blessed with). I am looking for some energy and strength as we move home again (5th time in 2 years) I am determined to settle this time so my children may start and finish school at the same school not a easy task for a renter wish us luck :)

  • When you apply for houses try to find out if there is a possibility that you may be able to renew your lease. Sometimes you can get a lease with the right of renewal. If you are a good tenant will may have a better chance. Hopefully you have good references and credit rating which will go a long way in helping you.
