I would love to say I love getting together with my family at Christmas time but It has always turned out to be a real nightmare to the point I end up in tears. Its is incredibly mentally draining. How do I get through this time ?

  • It can be a stressful time,maybe another family member can put it on!


  • Focus on the people not the presents food, etc


  • Take a deep breath and remember to breathe.


  • Maybe u should have Xmas at home this year or go have lunch at a friends :) or kids place


  • Scotch and/or valium. Whether you spike their drinks or take it yourself is entirely up to you…..
