Just visited my grandson for 3 weeks. He was teething to start with, then got food poisoning and was diagnosed with bronchitis. So hard on everyone when little ones are sick. The food poisoning caused diarrhoea and his poor little bottom got so red and so sore, he screamed whenever he was laid on the change table :,(

There is nothing worse that not being able to kiss it better.

My 22 month went threw bad couple of wks around 20 moths also must be teeth he woke up every night about 2pm after the panodol wore off I think for around 3 wks but all good now. Hang in there and get some rest when you can.

I think thats the worst part of being a parent when your child is sick or in pain and there is nothing you can do to help them or take the pain away except give them hugs.

This is the part that sucks.. But just hang In there, grab some sleep when you can and just remember you’ll all get through this and your happy little poppet will be back soon:)

Yes the joys & sorrows of motherhood. It can certainly be testing & very rewarding at times. I’m glad you’re syncing your rest times with him. I hope he picks up real soon & life can return to normal.
