i think that maybe there could be advice articles instead but i do agree that every case if different and you need someone who knows your circumstances to advise you well

Legal advice on issues depends upon individual circumstances and having ‘generic’ advice may possibly be confusing.

I disagree, this isn’t the place for legal advice. I know solicitors are expensive however there are other alternatives for advice if you look around.

I expect there are some significant liability issues around offering legal advice. Maybe it’s “too hard”.

That would be a great idea… Definitely in your case but also even in more simple circumstances, especially so in any dealings with Centrelink… I consider myself to be a relatively intelligent, well educated person but when it came to claiming paid maternity leave I was rather daunted at the prospect…
A blog on here covering a range of issues would be a Godsend for all!
