Mom’s Book Club

Last year I was absolutely thrilled when I was chosen to review a book for Mom’s. I eagerly waited for each postal delivery as I was keen to start reading the book. Once I received the book I eagerly started to read it. I enjoyed reading the book and loved posting reviews along with the other mom’s reviewers. I would love a Mom’s Book Club. Mom’s could possibly suggest books, read and share reviews on books. As it is difficult for some people to get out and about and attend Book Clubs this might be a possible alternative? What do other Mom’s think of this idea?

I love this idea, I use read lots before my children entered my life. They are now 7 and 4 and I have only just got back into reading novels again as a way to unwind after a busy day. Unfortunately I am rereading most of the books on my bookshelf that have been dust collectors for all those years so some authors are probably outdated. I would love to hear recommendations from other mums.

Sounds fantastic! I love reading and read every night when I go to bed (only quiet time I get lol). Would love to have a group to be able to discuss the books in…can’t talk to my husband about them as he doesn’t read and wouldn’t understand!

Sounds like a good idea – and a pretty easy one to implement.

Sounds like a great idea – I joined a book club but haven’t made it there once. It’s too hard to actually physically get there. An area where we can discuss a common book would be great!

  I am so pleased! I hoped other Mom’s would be interested! 🙂 I agree; it can be difficult to get to Book Clubs; I did belong to one; however; it was on quite late and ended late and often the conversation turned towards other topics and not the books!
