This story is about my naughty husband who will never live down his recent example of bad manners……
After working in a shopping centre recently, I finished my 3 week stint and wanted to give the shop-owners surrounding me a little treat for putting up with me outside their shops for an extended period. I went to each of them and gave them a perfumed candle from my stock. It wasn’t long before the people from Muffin Break returned to my stall with the most beautiful delicious looking gourmet muffins that I had ever seen. My eyes were like dinner plates as I salivated over the delicious treats before me. I decided to have them with my family the next day and I was thrilled to show them what a lovely gift we had received before putting the lid on and place them on the bench.
You can’t imagine how disappointed I was to find that when I opened the box the following morning, my husband had eaten the gourmet “Tops Only” from each muffin…….Who does that??? I was then and I remain today, shocked that a grown man could be so self serving and thinks its funny. It is something that you would expect from a child….not an adult. To this day and forever more he will be reminded of his muffin madness!
