Growing up as an only child I have always had a really close bond with my mum. It is almost like we are best friends rather than mother and daughter. She is the one person that I know I can truly rely upon no matter what. At times when I was younger I couldn’t understand the way that she reacted to certain things that I had done but now having a daughter of my own I finally truly understand that protective bond she had for me.
What is amazing now is watching my mum and my daughter develop that same bond that mum and I share. My little one is always so excited to see her nanny and loves spending time with her when I am at work. I honestly couldn’t do it without my mum
