Hahaha oh dear! I used to get embarrassed all the time so have learnt to cope over the years, mainly, by blocking everything out and trying not to think about it. Otherwise cringe galore.

How embarrassing. I think I can top that though. I was running late for work, rushing as a put my blouse on and didn’t button it up properly. It was V-neck blouse. The top button wasn’t done up neither was the one at my waist. Then when I went to the toilet I dicovered I had a red patch on the back of my slacks. I hadn’t felt anything happening either. Normally I got stomach cramps, knew it was about to happen.

I hate to laugh at your misfortune, but we’ve all been there with some sort of embarrassing moment and this made me laugh lol
