My daughter listened

On Tuesday mornings, I go to work and I am blessed to be able to drop miss 2.7 at her nanas. They play, then nana brings her home for much and I’m home in time to tuck her in for an afternoon nap.
I was running late this morning, so I skipped doing the breakfast dishes, and I said to my daughter, don’t let Nana ,( my mum ) do the dishes.
well she listened, when nana said she was going to do the dishes, Miss 2.7 said ” mummy said you are not doing the dishes, or mummy will get cross and you will cry. ”
Nothing like twisting the story a little. Mum and I found it so funny, but proud that she listened

I would love to be able to do that. I am so jealous of your mum being in the position of spending regular time with her grand daughter. Great to see your daughter listened to you, but did Nanna listen to her grand daughter, or did she wash up anyway?
