My husband has been working at the same place for over 37 years now and is getting bullied by the new boss. He does not know why he is the only one being targeted by him.
My husband does his work and does not stand around and talk and muck around like most of the other employees. He is getting so stressed and his anxiety levels are through the roof. He does not know if to confront the Boss and ask why is he doing this or go to the Union for advise.
