The Wiggles family is growing, with popular Red Wiggle Caterina Mete revealing she’s expecting twins, after a ‘challenging IVF journey’.

The 43-year-old, who was named a Red Wiggle in 2021, shared the news, saying she’s pregnant with identical twin daughters.

“Becoming a mother has always been a dream of mine. I feel overwhelmingly blessed to share that I am expecting two beautiful little miracles,” Caterina said.

She shared a video on social media, explaining that kids will see her growing baby bump on The Wiggles upcoming tour.

Caterina said her ‘two miracles’ are the result of a long IVF journey and an anonymous donor from her fertility clinic.

“This journey has been challenging but filled with so much love and support. I am immensely grateful for the incredible team at my fertility clinic and the technology that has made this possible.

“I can’t wait to meet my twin girls and embark on this exciting new chapter of my life. I’d also like to thank everyone at The Wiggles for their unwavering support.”
