i am supper excited today – we are getting a new puppy! i was that excited when we finally made a decision with my husband last week i even broke a promise not to tell kids until the puppy in the house. we were talking for more that a year about getting one, my husband was very reluctant at first as he didn’t want another heartbreak, like he had a few years ago when his dog died. but we managed to convince him to give it a go. then it was a huge debate about which dog, what breed, how big. i was chained to the computer trying to find us ideal pet, but we just couldn’t decide. the fact that we have 3 young children and 2 cats didn’t make it any easier. but last month as i walked through the doors of my son’s preschool i saw a 4 little pups the children were playing with, i didn’t realize that one of the mums was a breeder and she brings puppies for a play with the kids when she has a new litter. i fell in love with them, so took my husband, showed him the pups and her we are about to become parents of miniature schnauzer.
