I recently joined a gym. I was so sick of trying motivate myself and I’m definitely the person who needs a kick up the bum to keep me going. At the beginning of the year I made a good effort to go walking regularly and to make better eating choices. But after a few months of this with every little weight loss to counter, my motivation went out the window.
While on silly Facebook, I’d seen this gym advertised a couple of times. Friends had joined but I kept thinking ‘What do I do with my little boy while I work out?”. Last week this gym offered a mum and bub type class and I jumped at the opportunity! Great I can work out and the kids can be looked after.
This week I went to trial the class and LOVED it! I felt like jelly when the class ended and I could have possibly chucked my guts but I felt fantastic. None the less, it’s got me hooked. I can not wait to do it all again next week. It’s just want I needed, a kick up the bum!
