Hello!

The pile grows bigger and bigger. The intention is always there to sort and order then enjoy but somehow other things get in the way. And it is such a big job. Later, I will do it later.

I am not talking about the washing pile, I am talking about ordering and sorting Baby photographs into dated folders. I was so good with Baby number one, like we all are. But Baby number two has not enjoyed the same organisation. That really cute photo of Baby with the cup in her hand. Is it on my camera, my phone or my notebook? It is not as simple to organize as it used to be.

I promise to do it before Baby number two starts asking to look at her photos.

I promise…one day.

  • Life was easier when we had film… 12 24 or 36 photos to worry about at a time.

  • Child number 2 often asks when I’m going to finish her baby book!

  • I was like this with my children’s baby record book and so there is a lot of gaps in their books as I can’t remember some of the things they did and when. A bit sad really but I think things are such a blur and busy when they are younger.

  • I saw a great thing recently on the net about creating an email account and putting photos of your child at different stages of their life on there. When they are 18 apparently you give them the password. I thought this was a very neat little idea.

  • It takes a lot of time , especially if you have lots of photos.
