the play groups offer fun for the kids and support for the adults! it is nice to chat to an adult while using adult words lol.

I’ve had hit and miss experiences with playgroups.

I was impressed with the one I went to.

  Sad you haven’t found a good one. Sometimes they have them in a building used at other times as a kindergarten. If you can access your local council, they may be able to advise you where there is some. I don’t know how old your child is and whether exercises are an option but some areas run what is known as Kindergym. As far as I know they have somebody who supervises the exercise part of it for the little ones. I don’t know if there is exercises for the Mums or whether they just sit & watch, talk to other Mums or what the procedure is.
