Hello!

Going through the airport gate I always pick up a newspaper to take on board. My usual daily newspaper read consists of flicking through pages, however when I’m on a plane I read every single article. It’s amazing what one can learn by reading what is going on in our world. I’m not a fan of crossword puzzles but will get my mind working when I’m on the plane with giving it a go. The same goes for the quiz. Strangely enough the last quiz night I went to had a question that I knew the answer to just because of what I’d read on a plane.

  • I don’t like reading papers on the plane – awkward to politely turn pages!

  • I believe crosswords are really good to do as they help the brain work and that also lowers the risk of Alzheimer’s disease.

    • Crosswords and puzzles are definitely good for this and for grey matter; have to keep it working! :)
