I’m sorry to have missed your original post as I have considered taking out a life insurance policy with Real and wondered about people’s experiences. The company I’m with now is charging too much I’m sure

Don’t let them keep you hanging, I’ve been fighting for 3 months I’ve now got the ombubdesman in and fair trading. Good luck it’s not fair they love taking our money but hate paying it out.

You have every right too. They are completely in the wrong and apparently have been for some time. Had you not discovered them they probably would have keep rorting you. Completely wrong on their behalf.
