Renovating nightmare

We had damage to our ceilings during the last storm and the repairs just started. One word, nightmare!!!
It has been so stressful and with little ones running around we had to go and stay at a hotel/appartment for 10 days. I’m so glad it’s nearly over and we can get back into our house.

We are nearing the end of our bathroom renovation, at the 7th week mark at present and we do not have littlies running around …so I am feeling your pain. Hoping your work will be completed very soon and that it turns out perfect. Wishing you and your family all the very best. 🙂

Renovations can indeed cause some stress and it is always so nice and comforting when you get back home. Fingers crossed all of the renovations work out well for you and your family.

I hope things are better now and all fixed up .. did insurance cover it and other expenses? I also hope that you can get some good advice about preventing such damage again, IF of course it could be prevented. We’ve had tiles off and would like to cut back a big tree, and of course need to fix up a gutter that spills water everywhere! thankfully not under the eaves.
