well my middie told me that every now and then, they have growth spurts so they will be hungrier and wake more frequently etc.

It could just be a stage – they seem to go through sleping changes around 5-6 months. I find my son wakes when he’s cold. Sleeping bags worked to keep him covered and when he moved to a bed we got him a BedSok (fitted sheet sleeping bag) and it made all the difference.

They are really good questions. How frustrating to have him sleeping through the night for two months and then have him start waking twice a night again. It could be the beginnings of teething. With babies, it could be a number of things, a process of elimination for mum

Could be a developmental leap, has your baby started crawling or rolling or something??

My son started doing this at this age not sure why he did. He stop doing it after a few weeks. They say there is a sleep regression around this age but not so sure I believe in that

If you are using heating overnight to get rid of the chill in the air your little on might just be thirsty. My kids tend to wake up if i leave mine on overnight due to them wanting a drink or hearing the central heating turning on and off. He could also be having a growth spurt and needs a drink. Hope he settles down soon for you.
