Story Slow Cooker

The change in weather from hot to cold is quite strange and we have been using the slow cooker. Lamb shanks is on the menu tonight with lots of vegies. Usually we eat lots salads at this time of the year. I have a menu planner, but it is quite flexible with this weird weather.

  • Indeed, weird weather. We were at 14 degrees this morning. But by the end of the week we expect 36 degrees! We will use the slow cooker more and more in the next weeks!

  • I love my slow cooker and also had mine out yesterday… who would have thought we’d be using it in the middle of summer!

  • Slow cookers are great – getting it out now sounds like a great idea. we are getting quite cool and wet weather too.

    • The weather is so changeable at the moment. Love my slow cooker for comfort food.
