Ultimately, it’s up to you. There is an 11 year age gap between my sister and I and we are very close.

There is a 5 year age gap between my girls and it is too much! They fight all the time and its find things to do together because they have totally different interests. I think 2-3 years would be great!

i woulh have to say 1 to 4 year gap, you want them to be close so they understand each other and have similar views,i have an 8year gap with my brother and feel we are not as close because of our age

I don’t know if there is a perfect age gap. I think there is pros and cons to small and big gaps. It is also a situational issue as well, we wanted our children close together but have had problems conceiving number 2 so a aimed for 2 year gap is looking to be over a 4 years gap now.

I have 3 adult children & I get clucky but my days are long over now, waiting for grand babies. Good idea to rid excess weight & I hope you achieve this hun so you can have not her bouncy beautiful baby 🙂
