My son pretty much loves to eat anything carbs! He loves bread, pasta, and noodles!! For any moms with kids like this, I suggest you incorporate wholegrain/wholemeal carbs into their diet. There is nothing wrong with carbs, but they need their daily fiber too! I love vetta pasta, it tastes the same, but has much more fiber! Wholemeal breads also taste about as good and they won’t eve notice it!
